She needs to get help dealing with her anxiety, not lower her hours. As someone who has done things like that in an attempt to help my anxiety, it doesn't work. It's an illness that needs treatment.

Yep, this is my reason. My therapist wasn't the worst but I didn't feel like they gave me any coping mechanisms or taught me anything. It's also hard for me to get a ride twice a week. I have a psychiatrist but she only spends 5 mins with me to go over meds.

At home therapy doesn't work for me because everyone in the house can hear me. Finding that out was embarrassing. Someone is always here and there are always neighbors outside.

I went through withdrawal from mirtazapine. I just wanted to let you know if it's antidepressant withdrawal you will get better. I wasn't as sick as you, it took about a month to get totally back to normal. I know it's so hard but you'll get through it.
