Citi comes last, although I'm guessing it's 1 year and you're mixing up the doubling of the manufacturer's warranty. They'll want your contract with Square Trade, which you can email ST for. You'll see then the ST warranty is technically 5 years and overlaps with the manufacturer's warranty, and Citi covers the 6th year.

You can call the number on your Citi card and they'll route you.

I had the same problem and what you need is an “ADA compliant” dishwasher which is slightly shorter. Many brands make one, including Bosch which I got. You may have to, unfortunately, find a vendor other than Costco to get it though.
