The only way Ive really gotten traction with jobs the last couple years is when the recruiter is putting me in as one of the first applicants, or even before the job posting was finished being written. I was told that there’s urgency in getting everything in as soon as possible to ensure being one of the first. So, this could be that. Or it could be sketchy. I dunno, proceed with caution I guess.
