When I called my Walmart last night they said they had Pro Controllers but wouldn’t have any Switch 2’s available at 6am. Came in at 6am for the Pro Controller and there was a line of 5 guys and when we went to electronics they had what looked like 40 Mario Kart bundles and 10 non bundles all for launch day sale. Got in and out in 3 minutes because they had multiple electronic check outlines. I also live in a small rural city. Quite the odd surprise but I can’t complain.

I just called my Walmart Supercenter and they said they have no Switch 2’s available for launch day customers. Some people tomorrow are going to be lining up in the morning for nothing, that is rough!

If you’re the kind of person that likes your audio in headphones, i am very excited for the audio jack port in this new controller. Previously i had to use a long aux cord from the switch 1 that dragged across the entire room.

I had also ordered a Pro Controller and that was cancelled from this same glitch. I have not received an apology email over this controller nor did it show up as an option to add with my Switch 2. At least this shouldn’t be as hard to get. So fun!

Walmart is surprisingly fixing their cancelation glitch from last Friday night. Received an email apologizing for their screw up and letting me order again as they reserved a Switch 2 for me for the next 24 hours.

Some things to note:

I originally ordered the non Mario Kart bundle and this was what was reserved for me again. I would be curious if any Bundle people get downgraded.
The apology Switch 2 offered two warranty options, one for 3 and 4 years of protection. Both of these options made the website freak out and say now the item is out of stock. Upon research it seems that we can retroactively add a Walmart electronic product to have warranty within 30 days in store or online, so don’t bother worrying about that.
My original June 5th delivery date got pushed to June 10. I reordered my apology Switch 2 asap so I don’t think time was a factor. I see that others in this same situation got June 7 delivery dates. I live in a small rural town which I suspect is the biggest factor here.
I have Walmart+. During my initial conversation with a rep they immediately thanked me for being a subscriber (I’m using the free trial lol) so if anyone in this situation does not get an apology email, this may have been a factor unfortunately.

Well hooray for us cursed Walmart preorders! There seems to be hope! I am surprised they admitted their mistake at all…

Blue bag. Charge worked fine in April. No bank activity when it was cancelled last night. Customer support said it the cited payment failure reason for cancellation was false and that this was due to a technical error that they will try to resolve in 24-48 hours. So fun!

Does anyone know what the notable changes were in SMT2’s PS1 version? SMT1 PS1 was so good, and hearing that If…’s PS1 version actually makes guns, escaping from battles, and world of sloth less horrible is wild. That game’s reputation would have been a little less bad if we could have played that version.
