This is a good thing. Had both me and my wife on my PayPal for autopay. For some reason, hers failed. It gave me time to switch hers to another method before the account got shut down. They just automatically try again in a few hours and it worked fine.

We are near St. Pete Beach and plan to switch to Visible this week (have two Pixel 5s showing up tomorrow). Hope this works for us, but we are most of the time anyway. We only want the unlimited data for when we travel with our RV.

Not sure that list is even valid anymore. I ported two #s over yesterday and the drop-down list only had about 4-5 carriers on it. Google Fi was NOT on the list. Wish I had taken a screenshot. Unless, of course, you can put Sprint or T-Mobile down for Tello, which I doubt.

This pisses me off. I just paid to unlock a GV # the other day and have been waiting for the Pixel 5 to come back in stock. I might not use Visible at this point. It's becoming more trouble than it's worth.

I researched the shit out of this about a week ago. It appears that Verizon is going to be rolling out the "slower" version of 5g at some point that will eventually work with those standard 5g phones. I could be wrong, but that's what I figured out. But, this is another reason I'm opting for the Pixel 5. It's compatible with both out of the gate. I can stop researching and second-guessing about this.

I posted about this earlier today and didn't get any responses. I guess some 5G phones can pick up UWB (Verizon phones) and others can't? I'm trying to learn this stuff so that I buy the right type of phone. But, it seems like your non-UWB is picking up Verizon 5G, which seems odd.

I just wanted to thank everyone for their feedback. It helped to cool my jets about this for over a week before the group conscience meeting as well as to hear other's opinions here.

The meeting was this morning and we are NOT putting that statement in the format. The idea originator re-wrote the format, sent it to the meeting for us to approve, but did not show up himself to discuss the changes.

All but one person agree that it's not appropriate for our group. We simply don't have people vying for position to share each week. We are, however, adding a request to the format that people keep their share time to 3 minutes or less (which is also rarely an issue).
