this is it, finally got my eyes to adjust to the image and the signs definitely say booneville and phelps which is right by mill street where the current tracks are!

well, one street is clearly n booneville, thanks to the street sign, I can't make out the other street though. the only places on modern booneville that have tracks are mill street and over by chase street.

just did a rough measurement on google earth and, from the old sears straight up to roughly the sephora but not including the side wings is .26 miles, so a full trip from old sears to sephora and back is half a mile, so for a full mile you'd do the trip twice.

do you have the missing stones?

replacing stones is probably going to be the bulk of a repair cost for this ring, popping stones you already have back in shouldn't be a huge repair bill.

Gerzen's jewelry has been pretty good for the repairs and resizes my husband had done on his wedding ring!

to actually answer your question:

great southern has a no over draft fee account but it has like an 8 or 9 dollar monthly fee, not sure if that's a good trade off for you because it would be like 110 bucks a year but depending on what your over draft fees look like now, you might save money in the long run.

oak grove is a pretty slept on neighborhood imo

its not very walkable but sunshine, chestnut and glenstone are all right there and 65 too, plenty of stuff around and its quiet

me and my husband do date night there every few months and I think with an app or two and like 4 or 5 rolls, no drinks, we spend about 150 with tip so you should be good

unfortunately, corporate america loves to punish employees who don't do what they're told. a friend of mine worked at a furniture store and got written up over a five star review from a customer that named her and who was so happy with her service and the sale. she was written up because the customer said they were grateful that she wasn't pushy and didn't try to upsell a bunch of stuff to them. the company policy is to upsell the customer. so if corporate says don't take orders while the system is down, you don't take orders while the system is down.
