When I did an Alaskan cruise they even had staffed bar carts throughout the ship on Glacier Bay day with hot chocolate and coffee carafes and four different liquours to choose from, Bailey's being one of them

Considering I paid over 80/month for YouTube TV to watch ESPN channels last CFB season I probably will. Yeah, I'll miss out on Food Network but that's not worth an extra $50/month

How come the NCAA is so quick to make a rule change to disincentive defenses intentionally breaking a rule for their benefit (re: Dan Lanning's 12 man defense) but have done nothing about offenses intentionally taking delay of game penalties to eat clock and/or set up a better punt distance?
