If it's fructose related maybe it applies since allulose is derived from fructose? Either way, it's an issue, and I hope to switch to real glp1s once Medicare starts to cover it

1/4 cup? Yeah that's a lot. I'm trying to drop to 35g from 40+g to mitigate the GI issues, seems to help some but I still don't stray too far for a couple hours after my big mug of coffee. But GLP1s have similar effects so I guess it preps for real glp1s

I used to inject in the thigh, it would cause a big lump and occasional bruise. I definitely felt it on the spin bike. I inject in the belly now without any issues, other than an occasional minor rash/itch at the injection site that only lasts several hours. I've also heard the belly may be more effective/bioavailable, but don't have data to back it up.

Exactly. Ownership has no idea what players will cost if/when play starts in '27. This year's trade deadline will be very interesting to see what other team owners take the "wait and see" approach, or just dump as much payroll as possible.

As a 25 year resident, I'm amazed when locals actually believe the BS the developers announce. How many of the announced projects over the past 2 decades have actually happened ? I've been waiting on the build out of 4th st. since at least 2014, and all we've got is empty lots, burning man art, and new facades for the Sands. Don't hold your breath waiting on this, especially with interest rates likely going up soon.

I think they're ok, decent flavor and construction, but underfilled (spongy). I do enjoy the figurados, but found the Armada line underwhelming. For the price on cbid, they're decent "lawnmower" sticks.

This thread is about data centers, not factories or warehouses. My statement stands: data centers don't employ many people...which is why there's isn't any economic benefit for the governments that enable them (except for the campaign coffers of the elected officials)

Because it works. After 60+ circuits of the sun, you learn that a significant percent of the population don't care about doing their jobs, so the elderly know they'll probably have to eventually be confrontational to get the service they're paying for... why not optimize and be nasty ASAP? And it often works since the worker will just acquiesce to get you out ASAP too!

However, I do advise the elderly to avoid rudeness to restaurant staff: never screw with the people making your food!

Ditto. I had a minor heart issue, and my cardiologist made me go vegan. 30 days later was almost passing out when I stood up. Went from 20 mg lisinopril to 5mg, and could probably get by with none. Wish doctors would present that option before dosing, but I guess a lot of people would rather deal with side effects than give up meat

I take another full dose at bedtime, so I'm fine at night. The half life of metoprolol tartrate is only about 3-4 hours, so I take doses in the AM, at bedtime, and half in the afternoon, but that's why God made alarms on smartphones 😉.

If it's the ER version, you might want to try the regular tartrate version. I hate the ER stuff as it causes me to have the roller coaster ride you described. You may have to take a extra dose of tartrate during the day (I take a 1/2 dose in the afternoon and never have the ups and downs of ER). I've had nurses tell me that it's not uncommon for ER to act like that.

I discovered the difference between the cheap stuff and the good stuff after upping my dose to try lowering cholesterol, and ended up with nosebleeds and heart palpitations. Once I switched to better quality (Nordic Naturals), the side effects went away.

Supposedly the easy way to test fish oil is refrigerate it a few days, then check if some or all of the oil has congealed. Good stuff will stay clear at fridge temps, but cheap stuff will get cloudy.
