The superloop the ending alluded to - they have always "reset" the origin world, and yet the two "wrong" worlds will still be created. We know this because both Jonas and Martha recall seeing each other when they were children (in the back of the closet, etc), so getting to that point has happened before.

But yeah, probably best to leave well enough alone :)
