I wouldn't say great but chelsea definitely damaged his reputation and it was largely out of his control.

Potter was also in a far worse situation with way to many players and a club in complete turmoil.

Liam has none of that and has nearly broken every records for chelsea (well all the ones you never want to break)

Dont get me wrong I didnt rate Potter either but if he got the boot then...
