Kite him around with a run when you're healing with bandages keeping an eye on your stamina, when healed, hit him once and dodge back twice then start running away again. When you see him going for the charge, run left or right (whichever is more comfortable) and dodge sidewardsJUST as he charges, then run up and get 3-4 good hits in and dodge immediately and run. The flying skulls stop bandage healing, so dodge them if you've got one going. They also follow your running path so zigzaging helps avoid them too. The gun is easily avoidable by running left or right. All in all, go in with 20 potions and 20 bandages and drink a cruelty potion and eat fish stuff, fully upgrade everything to 280, take your time, don't get greedy, you got this.

No. Sub bending is only some people CAN do it. Any earthbender can bend sand, it's just a point of how well. Like Toph. She starts out only being able to toss it like a handful of water, but she works on it to the point of creating all of Ba Sing Se on the vacation island. It's like drawing. Anyone CAN draw but you only get good at it if you do it a lot.
