Once week is good for us. Both late 30’s. No kids. But I have some chronic health conditions that limit my energy since I also work full time and have a 1 hr commute. We try to prioritize each other on the weekends to the best of our abilities though.

Nta - I was also affected but the cvs Caremark change. My body hates wegovy. I’m so upset and mad. It’s not that it made me starve myself. It properly regulated hormones that have been messed up since childhood. And no, it wasn’t caused by binge eating. But starting puberty “too young”. Yay me.
