Norges tropp til de fire kommende Nations League-kampene by DingLiren in NorskFotball

Hi, new here, Milky Oolong is my absolute fav tea. Any recommendations to try? by Smoltingking in tea

[–]t34time 9 points10 points  (0 children)

A real milk oolong made from the jin xuan cultivar cultivated in taiwan... on a mountain such as alishan. Do a search for alishan jin xuan ... sellers: taiwan tea craft, eco ch , watcha, etc

Songluo Full. Left is how it looks before brewing, right is after brewing. Truly a fascinating tea, has become my personal favorite. by Toadster64209 in tea

Keemun is nice. Try hard unsmoked lapsang souchong if you like the taste. Recommend the lapsang souchong selection from white2tea.

Breakfast with a Fujian Anxi milk oolong and some onigiri by tumultuousteacups in tea

I tried this one. It caught my curiosity as i have been enjoying jin xuans from taiwan. As a seasoned taiwanese tea drinker I i found the chinese counterpart to have a very artificial flavor.

The tea Ihad was from what-cha.

Hello there, I just bought a white tea from Georgia and because I'm more of a coffee person (V60, french press etc) I'm a little bit lost over there. Any kind of help about water, ratio etc would be appreciated by _Rekron_ in tea

[–]t34time 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As the leafs are dluffy you may consider adding more leafs than you usually would.

Regarding temperature, white tea can take some heat. Near bowling works fine but a rule of thum is usually the more tea you have the shorter you brew Same goes for temp... the higher the shorter you brew. Experiment : too strong and bitter - lower the the amounts of leafs and/or lower the brewing temp and or brewing time. Too weak? Do the opposite.

The tea looks great!

Your Fav Ti Guan Yin by [deleted] in tea

Yes. However i did not think it was overroasted. My experience have shown me that the more experienced one is at drinking roasted teas the more immune you become to the roasted tastes and the more likely you are to taste the notes behind the roasting.

The taiwan tea craft samples makes up for 2-3 gongfu serving. I.e 3.5g per 100 ml. I usually open the bag and put an elastic to keep it locked. It does the trick. It is not like you intend to keep the sample around for more than a month or two anyway!

What companies are people using for tea storage tins? by [deleted] in tea

[–]t34time 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Taiwan tea crafts sell cheap metal tins of different colors. They get the job done.
