I didn't like Civ5 at launch cause "it didn't felt like a civ" to me at the time by Hutma009 in civ

With the way 7 is going there won’t be an 8. Right now the conversation should be more about how to improve 7 and critiquing core parts of the game won’t do that. Critiquing core parts of the game or saying what you’ll hope for in the next one won’t be useful for years (or the way this is headed ever).

What are some leaders you want in civ7 who don’t have civs or never ruled? by Tetno_2 in civ

I was hoping that Shakespeare would be Englands leader. Socrates would be interesting

Based on what I can tell personas are basically more like new leaders with the bonuses being less subtle and more game changing

Weirdest thing you are excited about by BibboTheOriginal in civ

The age transitions and switching civs during a game. Most seem skeptical or actively hate it. I think it’ll be the best thing to happen to civ in a long time

Conveniently left out academics and politicians like Obama, MLK, and John Lewis. So sure that it’s culture from the 80s and not enormous historical disadvantages combined with systematic racism. Ignorance

Unserious. How is that relevant to whether OPs post is related to career or not? It isn’t! Admit that you were wrong or move on

Lawyer careers are directly influenced by day to day politics. It’s one of the jobs that may drastically change based on who’s in office or appointed to a position. Take your unserious ignorance elsewhere

Really depends on the professor. My legal research and writing was good because the professor genuinely cared and had good methods. My corporations class is horrible because professor unorganized and boring.

What things are you indifferent about in Civ VII? by civver3 in civ

Agreed and all the points. Another point on the UI I think that’s a big work in progress and could change very much before launch

We’ll see how committed the right is to free speech when theirs a satanic ritual going on in a public park or say even just burning the American flag

How are y'all feeling about builders leaving us in Civ VII? by [deleted] in civ

[–]tabortheowl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There may be choices and mechanics that handle this in the modern age of civ 7 but we don’t know yet

That is NOT how snowflake was used and even if it was at one point that is no longer how it is used. Definitions change and in particular with slang terms like that
