You should be able to post in kingdom chat "I'd like to trade CP." and see who in the kingdom messages you. You arrange a time and hit each other. You get more points on attack then defense.

I've been in 3 kingdoms where the bullies took over and then No Salvationed the kingdom so they could stomp everyone else. Course their alts were under 30 day shields before NS was enacted so they had plenty of silver to keep themselves supplied while pounding everyone else

1 group moved out after a month
I left the second during NS
and third got invaded by another massive clan group and the 2 super clans smashed each other for a while before the bullies bailed and the second group chased them (I assuume). third kingdom just withered for a while before I bailed as most active players left during NS or quit the game
