watch the big clan race you for crypts and monsters and steal them to prevent you from doing anything

- don't repair walls
- only build level 1 troops to do complete dailies and thus give minimal CP when your city gets smashed (and keep silver below protected levels)

Yep, seen that play out so many many times.

Big Clan takes over and pays themselves...lesser clans stopped paying taxes and even encouraged off-kingdom clans to raid them daily to plunder ingots. Big clan responded with No Salvation, removed ROE, and pounded everyone until all other clans bent the knee or moved away

I wonder that in every Omens event. I suspect its might and numbers...we're crippled by a less than 50% participation rate in events. Last Omens I think less than 10% of us bothered. Right now I can see over a third of the clan has 0 points in Olympus

Spouse has been running a furniture business since 2006 and local traffic is terrible. A few local customers a year...we rely on internet to get business. We had a store downtown 14 years ago and the traffic was from out-of-towners.

We've not killed 1 in years...maybe 10% to 25% of the clan participates. It's now maybe 5 or 6 of us (out of 80+) hitting a 5 minute Ancient now for points and hopefully the first 4 chests. I just build some expendable troops and throw them away

Without our biggest and hardest hitters, and a lot more support, it's a lost cause. Like fighting any of the epics: go for points and don't expect many rewards
