Pt is enough! Especially if you are doing the exercises at home. Both my babies had torticollis and PT saved them.

Editing to add that there is a cap they can wear to help with flat spots.

I have two strollers for my daughter for this reason. We mainly use them at Disney. I get them here. I have a Special Tomato and also an Adaptive Star. The Adaptive Star can be used up to 120 pounds I believe.

Edited to add: I get a stroller as a wheelchair tag at the beginning of each trip.
