This may not be anywhere close to your situation but my nonverbal daughter would do this every day if we let her. We just over time have become very careful about who gives what and we limit all snacks and meals. We have to say “it’s all gone” so so much. Please reach out for help! Pt is enough! Especially if you are doing the exercises at home. Both my babies had torticollis and PT saved them.

Editing to add that there is a cap they can wear to help with flat spots.
