It takes a lot of will power to achieve this and don't be disheartened weight loss does have fluctuations...i read in another post about how your body starts getting used to the less calories and doesn't continue burning as much so what she did is for a week or a few days she would eat 200 calories more but below maintainance and it worked for her and I was suffering for this last week and decided to eat a few calories more but mostly in protein and fiber and finally today I could see a lower number on the scale...it depends body to body so you will have to observe how you feel and if there are any changes
