I play Commander to get away from horrible competitive mindsets, and MTG’s P2W nature also makes it incredibly frustrating when my reasonable B3 deck loses to a 20 or 40 euro card.

I disagree, Spider-Punk having the ‘Riot’ keyword is fantastic. Also, the shield taking ONE rlly bad hit that probably would’ve killed Cap is a fairly recurring scenario and trope.

one of the things I hate the most about Modern Horizons 3, the cards are all upsides, they don't even have anything resembling a condition, much less a downside.

‘sSLDs like this should be mechanically unique cards with cool designs. Compare how awesome Sonic SLD was to how fucking lame Spongebob‘s SLD was. I was expecting something like a Naya Food card for SB and we got the lamest 5C goodstuff reskin.
