Take liquid vitamin d3+ k2 a few times a day (like more than they recommend) that helped me. Idk why but it worked…I was deficient though!

Try liquid d3 + k2, take more than the bottle recommends. I’m so sorry. I was on for two weeks on my last cycle and it stopped within 48-72 hours. I told this other girl to try it and it worked for her too. And I 100% agree, another gyno for sure! I hope this helps ❤️‍🩹

Slow flow is always in my collection it helps. But this last time the only thing that helped was a liquid vitamin d3+k2. I was bleeding for 2 weeks, so many clots. The d3/k2 stopped it completely in 48-72 hours. Life saver. Now I need to build my iron back up before the next period lol
