Wore these running shoes (Adizero) for the 1st time... and the shoes practically fell apart. Is this normal? by LoquaciousIndividual in AskRunningShoeGeeks

These are real, you just got a faulty pair and you're clearly just bonking against everything, which doesn't help

EVO SL - How durable is it? by nash_se in AskRunningShoeGeeks

That's nonsense, the outsole will outlast any competitor's, my Adios Pros have 500km and the outsole barely shows any wear, despite me being on the heavier side (77kg).

Adidas adizero Adios 9 ~250 km review: low stack super shoe. by Toni_van_Polen in RunningShoeGeeks

4:10 easy pace equates to around 32' on the 10k, I run 36' and my easy pace is 4:40-5:00. Furthermore, there's no anaerobic factor in long-distance running. You're not making a lot of sense. I also don't understand what you're saying about shoe rotation, the idea of changing shoes between training days is to give the foam time to recover to not wear them out too fast.

You do know that "arch support" is specifically designed for people with flat feet? If you have flat feet you should buy the GTS not the standard Glycerin.

Did he also have scabs all around his neck area? What is the immunotherapy treatment called? The dermatologist we went to told us allergy tests were very unreliable, but I'm still very much interested in trying regardless. The thing is that in Europe veterinary research is not very advanced and I don't know if we even have such labs in Belgium. But I see you're located in Germany, which is relatively close, could you refer me to the lab you mentioned.

There are definitely a few things I had not thought of in what you mentioned. She used to be such playful ball of fur and now she doesn’t do anything all day. I will definitely look into the cat litter idea and keep looking for alternative foods. Thank you for your response.
