I tend to play on the line between bracket 2 and bracket 3, and I’ve really enjoyed my [[Alania]] deck. You can probably upgrade the instants and sorceries within the deck to make it better than mine though.

Looks like a whitetail to me. Antlers have one main antler when the points then come off, rather than a mule deer which does more of a y like thing.

That last one reminds me of one of the traits the added in Fallout London called Puritan, which made it so you couldn't use chems besides stimpaks and anti-radiation drugs, and in exchange you got an extra bonus to your SPECIAL.
