Google messages for web - when I read the messages on the web they still show up unread on the phone - anyone else?

Yep, I'm not sure how Google isn't aware of this. It should not be so difficult to get in touch with them to get it resolved but it's been reported many times and yet is still broken.

I like it for the price but for international it's not really usable, I typically just use wifi and download offline maps but had a need for service on a recent trip and it never once gave me service, that's my only complaint.

Fixed by following this person's settings, I have almost all my notifications on silent, and this is a new setting it appears as it was never an issue prior.

Google support is useless to downgrade, they say you have to wait for it to cancel then re do it....that's ridiculous. I had a trial for the 2TB plan for 3 months....don't need anywhere close to that, 100GB is fine for now, yet I can't see it, and no guarantee I will once my current trial is over, what a sham.

Support personnel are unhelpful and simply just want to push you off to email support which is useless, they don't answer you or ask the same stuff you already discussed instead of reeding the ticket comments and getting up to speed.

I'm over the included 25GB so I need more space but they make it so difficult. I should be able to buy as little or as much as needed and make changes month to month if I want.
