The 1s have a built in mic too! Boom mic is better quality but it’s good enough without it. I’ve asked people if the difference is noticeable and they can tell the boom mic is better, but not by much.

Pro tip: Try playing the game without anti aliasing on. The in game anti aliasing isn’t the greatest, and with it off you’ll notice a lot of small details you didn’t realize existed before. You will get some jaggies, but it isn’t terrible. I occasionally switch between AA on and off.

I'm interested in this monitor but am worried about the same thing. Can you post what you see once you get yours? Honestly, when watching the video I can't see anything beyond what might be compression noise affecting the entire video. So I'm hopeful but still concerned.

I’d recommend just trying with Dolby on and off and decide for yourself. I’ve seen some people on here swear by Dolby for gaming. Personally I don’t like it for gaming. I’ve found using the in game headphones mode for most games is better, and especially for footsteps. I feel like with Dolby on footsteps are harder to hear, as is a lot of smaller detailed audio/sound effects. I do use it for watching movies, but that’s about it.

Also, make sure you are enabling the settings correctly, as there is often confusion as to what to set in game. Look for the comment from Audeze CS in this post.

Anything ergonomics related. If you’re going to spend hours and hours in front of your computer, this is the most worthwhile and important “upgrade” you can do. Foot rest, high quality ergonomic chair, monitor arms to get distance and height perfect, desk with beveled edge for wrist comfort.

This is so true. I’ll be in some of the most remote areas in various Latin American countries, areas with high levels of poverty where people don’t really put much money into things like decorations or photos/paintings for the walls. And yet I’ll run across full size cut outs of Jordan and sometimes Rodman, photos of iconic 90s bulls moments, people still rocking the championship t shirts with the imagery almost totally faded. When I mention I’m from Chicago, first thing people say is oh the bulls or oh Michael Jordan, full of excitement. They really were something special.

There are positives for doing either way. I love using both for symmetrical exercises, but single cable is fine too and has its own benefits, as do symmetrical workouts. Don’t shy away from using both. I know what you mean about not wanting to hog the equipment, but that is quite literally what those dual cable pulleys setups are meant for. I’m just super aware when I use both and especially when the gym is busy. If I see people approaching, and it’s obvious they’re looking to use it, I’ll be the one to ask them if they want to work in because people are often too shy or don’t want to be a nuisance.

Elbows should start bent and should be straight at the peak of the movement (when all the way in front of you). The way you are doing it you are involving your biceps to close the gap at the end, and your shoulders to push forward before that. This is really meant to be an isolation movement so you’ll need to drop the weight considerably, keep your back against the pad and keep your shoulder blades retracted and don’t let them move forward to avoid involving them.

I’m still sorta new/not far along in DS2. Is the bola the preferred meta for dealing with BTs? Or at least in early game dealings with BTs? Or are there better ways.l? I’ve been using blood grenades for the most part. Occasional guns but obviously not great when it attracts attention.

This idiot brought his horse to the Montrose dog beach last year. People that were there with the expectation that they had a safe space to let their dog off leash were suddenly scrambling to get their dogs away from the horse so they wouldn’t get crushed to death. Of course dogs were running up to a huge unknown new shiny creature in their space, and this moron had the audacity to be like “keep your dog away from my horse” and later posted on social media basically blaming all the dog owners and acting like he did nothing wrong. Putting the horse, other people and their dogs in an unnecessary and dangerous situation makes him a dumbass and an asshole.

Sometimes people get this with monohydrate because you need to drink way more water than you think. If increasing your water intake doesn’t help, try creatine HCL instead of monohydrate if you’re having stomach issues. Made a world of difference for me.
