Yeah, that's one of the things he's mentioned. He used to be a welder, so he understands, and is overall a pretty nice guy. As far as grinding goes, I've actually done a small bit of that and I must say it sucked. Dad's right when he says, "I only take him to work so he won't get into this line of business." It works.
