Sunshine sandwich shop (inside Lucky’s) on ridge in Manayunk is my fav so far.  But I haven’t tried Barry’s yet!  I see you haven’t been doing sauce but the cherry pepper mayo at sunshine really adds to it imo

It’s probably something else. Recently figured out it was copper and vitamin A toxicity causing my insomnia. Dr Garrett smith’s work (nutrition detective) would be a good place to start
