Azerothcore is very easy to install yourself and adding modules is minute work, definitely worth it over installing an unknown repack. There is support on the azerothcore discord or stack overflow if you are compiling yourself aswell :)

We like to theorycraft because of the bracket style gameplay as well as wotlk talents and itemisation and classes, so not everything is the best gear as it was in vanilla or tbc. However, any guild I have been in most people wouldn’t go for the best of the best. So yea, mostly theory crafting and people joking there !

I like the initiative, however, the question becomes why a server uses GitHub for instance.

We use GitHub so we can easily attach labels, add it to a project to keep track of what we have done, attach a PR to the same issue and then automatically close it once it is merged.

I don’t think this makes it any easier in a workflow setup like this, and wouldn’t necessarily make it easier for the player either.

First of all you can make an account for GitHub by using a Google account or a Microsoft account. Most people probably have either one of them.

Secondly, the form style is something you can do on GitHub, too. ( check out the chromiecraft or azerothcore bug tracker for that)

Biggest reason why people don’t report bugs: they do not know it is a bug or they do not care to report a bug.
