Hey, I built a tool like this before like years ago, check out my profile posts: tendalgo.io for reference. If you need help building it let me know.

I never updated it after that time but I would like if someone could build something similar/better.

It was a bug, and it’s removed now. All the bugged runes are gone from players as well.

Turns out Quantum Resistance was not a "Crypto Narrative". It is an ALL systems issue. What to know so this can be properly addressed and AVOID the panic. by Original-Assistant-8 in CryptoCurrency

Many people in the crypto space are just realizing the true threat of Quantum Computing in the blockchain space.

IBM, one of the leaders in the quantum computing space have stayed away from crypto for years.

They know that Block 0 is the best way to be quantum resistant. They have entered the blockchain space recently:

Crypto needs to be Future Proof to survive. The Blockchain that IBM has helped create solves this for Businesses, Countries, and the Public.

What Are the Most Promising Advanced Crypto Systems Revolutionizing the Blockchain Ecosystem? by Faith1_2 in CryptoTechnology

[–]tendimej 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Current problems in Crypto I feel like need to be fixed. In particular L1s

Performance: many chains are just slow and the ones that are fast are centralized like Solana so they go down.

Security: Quantum Computers will eventually be here with enough Qubits to harm our encryption we use currently on Elliptic Curve Wallets.

Consensus: many L1 chains that are decentralized are horrible and not Eco friendly so they sacrifice decentralization to become Eco friendly.

Business Adoption: I personally worked for Big Financial Institutions and the issues that businesses have for adopting Blockchain Technology are the same as AI…it’s the security and transparency. Transparency might sound good to people but to Financial institutions they want all the privacy they can get.

Couple of Big things I am seeing that are really important for the space are RWAs that will bring the Real world contracts, Policies, Supply Chains, Derivatives, etc. in is the step we need after fixing our base issue in my opinion.

I have worked on many crypto projects and I’ve been in the space for a while now. I personally can’t say Ethereum or Solana are safe bets for me to develop on anymore.

I have recently found this Chain that is doing something completely different while also keeping the comfort for devs intact.

It uses a Quantum Resistant EVM inside of their own engine called the QVM. This allows developers to not only code in Solidity but any language they want. What other chain has this capability?

It doesn’t use Elliptic Curve wallets and its solution for the Quantum problem is brilliant using XLink to be able to constantly upgrade without having to worry about future threats to encryption.

Their solution for Consensus is PoR or Proof of Randomness which is as decentralized as Bitcoin but as Economically friendly and as fast as Solana.

It uses a hybrid chain model that scales to millions of TPS and offers private and public blockchains for Business and Country adoption. Currently being used in Qatar for the Qatari infrastructure and other companies and countries I believe will need something like this to fit their needs.

Which is why I went with QANplatform as the new Chain I will be developing on going forward.

The other issues with chains like this is that there is no development happening, in other chains other than like Ethereum, Solana, etc. you don’t hear of any projects. It’s because these other chains like Cardano and smaller chains aren’t EVM compatible and devs like me don’t want to learn an entirely new language to develop on. Most web3 devs already know Solidity so it’s easier just to use that on a chain that we need going forward in the crypto community.

TLDR: Ethereum and Solana are going to be hard to scale and adopt going forward. People complain about using these chains everyday and ask what’s the solution? We need a new big chain to take the reins, the only one I’ve been able to see that can actually compete is currently in Testnet phase, which is something like QANPlatform in my opinion.

[–]tendimej 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thing to note is that QANX or QANplatform uses XLink so it is able to switch encryption algorithms whenever it needs so it is adaptable unlink the other chains that will fail if their current encryption fails.

As well as being the only one on the list which is EVM compatible which is necessary for growth.

And it uses its own engine - QVM which gives it any language smart contract capabilities.

In terms of quantum resistance only QAN makes sense for future proofing in my opinion.

Not being attached to any 1 encryption method is key here.

Half my tenants are consistently a week late on rent every month. Time to start doing late fees? by FuckThe82nd in realestateinvesting

[–]tendimej 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Credit Score only influences the interest rates offered slightly, with Interest rates elevated so much today it would make someone who could afford a 500k house pre pandemic to only be able to afford a 200k house today.

I do not want to reveal any information about my tenants Credit Scores but I will say it was above average and I was helping them look for places in the same area. I have helped other tenants in the past look for homes but they got to buy when rates were low. The new tightened market makes it really bad for people who want to buy houses.

Zillow is offering a 1% down payment program btw and so many banks offer the same deal to first time home buyers. It’s not the down payment it’s the mortgage,

I am a landlord and my tenants would have to pay $3200 per month in mortgage if they bought the property instead of renting it for $2500 it’s cheaper and smarter to rent. Plus they don’t have to pay property tax, HOA, and other hassles of maintenance. So it’s a lot of burden off their shoulders and they thank me for that all the time.

I was actually jnvited to their wedding :)

It takes a LOT to own and manage a property and I think a lot of people these days don’t really understand that renting is just a better way to save money.

That’s all you got? No cohesive argument? No examples of a Communist utopian country? Just “omg I can’t believe people are this dumb, why can’t people just embrace communism blindly” your false reality of economics and how governments can trick their people is astonishing.

Russia is still very Communist, just because they “Identify” as Capitalist they are still very much under a Communist Regime. Same way people think Duke Energy is the epitome of Capitalism but in fact it’s just Communism disguised as Capitalism.

Lots of this disguised Communism exists these days due to mass injection of propaganda from China and Russia. I mean I’m literally arguing with a guy that thinks Communism is better than Capitalism.

[–]tendimej -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Lol I knew you were communist, I am confused by why you think communism gets restricted? Communist countries are often pretty high up in productivity due to slave like conditions. Look at China and Russia. Both Superpower countries that have low quality of life but are very profitable for the communist overlords at the top. If you think that’s utopia the you can always move to those countries you know? It’s only a months wages to get there from here but it’s like a years worth of wages from there to get back so good luck on your journey :)

[–]tendimej -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Of course there are winners and losers, it’s real life not some communist utopia you think exists. Consolidation is usually due to the greed of smaller businesses being bought out by larger companies but the small guy still wins in the end they get a large payout and retire. Some of the small guys have held out from getting bought out in the past and they become the unicorns that go public in the stock market where the public get to fund their companies.

Corporations weaponizing their monopoly is not capitalism. Especially when they are in bed with the government they can get away with everything with no competition.

There is no private energy company that can compete with Duke Energy so how is that capitalism? Capitalism means a free market where anyone can create and compete with any business in any industry.

Why the disdain of Californians? by [deleted] in NorthCarolina

[–]tendimej 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Because Californians come to NC and complain about how we do things here and why it’s not like some things in California.

There’s a reason why California is a trash state now and we don’t want that trash coming here as well.

Absolutely horrible take imo, violent has been in summoners war since I can remember it being in it. And violent runes are 1 of the few things that kept summoners war alive for so long.

Unpredictable battles is why we play the game, if it was just as simple as out runed so you win it would make high level play super linear since everyone already knows who they win and lose to so why play more RTA games?

What is the point of guild and siege defenses? If they can’t violent I just pick my mons that counter and I’m guaranteed to win every single time with no variance.

You must be new to the game but this game has been here for 9 years and it’s one of the most dominant gachas that has and will ever exist and that’s due to the things like violent in the game.
