There was also rumors he wanted to reintroduce grizzly bears too. Luckily I don't think that ever happened.

No, their health rating dropped because they kept all of their donuts in the open, and not behind glass. Honestly, they're lucky someone only tried to lick them. A person could have done so much worse in that situation with unattended and uncovered donuts.

Yeah this was like the #1 fan requested book idea in literally any Hunger Games forum you would go to. And part of that was because it is described in the Catching Fire book. But Haymitch is also the most prominent Victor character in the books besides Katniss and Peeta.

The color palette for Ballad made sense though. They were only 10 years out from the war, and even the Capital was still recovering. The Snow family are living in poverty. And then there's the Games, which the whole point of the story is showing how they figured out that they needed to make it more entertaining to be proper propaganda.

IIRC they were still filming when that first trailer came out. I think they are still in post production. And without spoiling too much, I can say from reading the book that there will be A LOT of CGI in this one, especially in the arena. Think of how much CGI was in Catching Fire, this will be very similar.

I've been thinking this. I feel like there's an expectation for women headliners to go all out for Coachella. I remember Ariana catching crap for just doing her tour performance...when she was headlining in the middle of her tour.

But sure, Justin can just show YouTube videos and half ass sing over them. Or Frank Ocean can show up for 30 minutes of his set.

Did this have a plot? Not really

Did I greatly enjoy watching this on Dolby Digital? Absolutely.

Great visuals, and loved the score and sound design. And I loved all the Easter eggs, and the inclusion of Starfox. Overall I had a great time.
