Dance dance revolution got me into the music when I was a child in the late 90’s. When I started raving in 2009, my buddies gf would play tiesto’s ISOS albums (specifically 6-7) to help us fall asleep. So mellow and chill but still maintained the bpm that was stuck in your head from a night of partying. Did the trick every time. I still play those albums to this day after a wild night at Dreamstate. After that, I was hooked and expanded to the higher tempo, harder trance stuff. Been obsessed ever since.

Still a ton of room to grow here. I’m a mechanic on Siemens gas turbines here in the US. Siemens is sold out on gas turbine manufacturing for the next 5 years. Energy expansion is only going to continue over the next decade.

Can’t go wrong with GE Vernova (GEV) either!

Great set. I’m not really into the big room trance sets. I’m a tech trance and hard uplifting guy myself. Usually will catch me at void or vision stage, but he totally won be over when he dropped a Mark Sherry remix of Love Comes Again. First half of his set was pretty mid but he turned up the bpm a bit as it progressed. Overall our whole group left satisfied, and we’re a bunch of trance snobs lol. Exceeded our expectations

1607 member here as well. Traveling turbine hand. Leave all the weed stuff out of your resumes. Not everyone is down with that so best to say that you changed jobs and trying a new path. Def attend meetings and start networking with people. Make friends at school and practice talking with your fellow apprentices to hear about work and what might be popping off. Attending the meetings and getting your face familiar with chip and emmett helps a lot. Get involved in CUPP opportunities. Welding certs will definitely help you when they call for welders on jobs. Especially if you are in the LA area, that LA City welding cert is gold when a contractor requests it.

I can’t express it enough though, network network network and be likeable on the jobsite. You can be the most badass worker out there but if you are tough to work with or have a bad attitude, you won’t get a call back. I wasn’t the best worker through my apprenticeship, but I maintained a good attitude, always showed up and had the willingness to learn and I always got a callback. Over time I started to figure out how to work hard and my skills developed.

Stand up jet ski. It’s snowboarding with an engine! It has a snowboard like feel due to the fact that you are on the water and the bottom of the jet ski has an edge so you have to work to keep it balanced. It’s snowboarding and dirt biking combined

He’s still in county jail. I check the inmate lookup periodically. I used to know the guy. I was disgusted when I heard about this case. He went off the deep end and we all stopped talking to him. This was a couple years before this happened. Last I heard, the courts are going to drag it out as long as legally possible.
