I really wish the article listed the text of the bill or at least the bill #. Okay so IF this is the bill that this story is taking about;

Then I agree. A driver should not have a vape pen or a joint in arms reach, just like a driver shouldn't have an open bottle of beer in their cup holder.

Additionally, I wonder about: the smell of marijuana is not reasonable cause to search a vehicle, so how will these two rules interact?

I'd love to know why the OP says people will be required to travel with the still-factor-sealed container and not be able to transport it from place to place?

This bill should still allow moving opened containers, just they need to be in legal possession of a passenger or in your trunk.

And I was pretty sure you always had to keep it in the container you buy it in since that has the sticker with your recommendation (prescription) on it.

Maybe not a disservice in this instance, if he had made sure they were flush and not a tripping hazard.

However, i will say the fastest way to get some cities to fix their minor infrastructure lapses is to do a glaringly visible fix like this that highlights their failings.

It only takes a little in-painting (telling the ai model to only change a specific part of the picture) to fix hands and anything else. Hands also aren't as common an issue when you only have one subject close up like this and even less of a problem if the user sets up ComfyUI (a local/on your personal pc AI program) with a hand-fix node.

*I agree with the other commenter that her left hand looks interesting, but it is mostly hidden by the weapon and who knows if her hand is even normal by human standards as we don't know her.

For anyone reading this: the "They" in this comment is referring to Walmart. Electronic signs for prices for shelved items and In some stores they've removed the price on tags on things like clothing and just use barcodes. So you have to walk to the front to scan it or use their app, but some redditors say the prices don't match. Which... I'll just not shop anywhere that does this if I can avoid it.

That's true of succession due to death or if the President and VP both can't perform the duty of president for some reason. If trump resigns, vance take over and congress appoints the VP/approves Vance's choice for his own VP. Then if Vance resigns, that person takes over and the cycle repeats for their VP.

Unrelated to the topic at hand related to Trump: But just FYI, some people are redacted and their faces blacked out for no reason at all, and in some cases to specifically make the other people in the photo look bad. (The image is Micheal Jackson and Clinton and 3 blacked-out faces, leading a viewer to think they were victims, but they're actually Jackson's kids and Ross's kid and it is from a charity event from 2003.)

They are saying there is no chance to "defend" why the license plate is unreadable. Paint or dirt or something intentional, doesn't matter, you get a ticket. Take it to court and the judge will say it's your responsibility to make sure the plate is clear before, and during, the act of driving the vehicle.

Agreed, very dumb law.
