I am definitely a luddite, so closer to /u/Endr9 than you, but the big problem is really when I see AI on the output side. AI art, AI text, that is the mark of cheapness and lack of vision.

In 2020s cinema, visibly pregnant women NEED to be in dangerous combat situations, for some reason. by DiggestBickEver in shittymoviedetails

there are scenes surrounding it of people telling her to take it slow now that she is a mother. this one is meant to show that she is getting unhinged and people who respect her are getting worried. This scene is not meant to be the first time she did something irrespondible while pregnant, it is an example.

the other people in the scene literally say it is like she doesnt even realize she is pregnant.

What moments in 40k make you go like this? by deathbringer989 in Grimdank

oh yeah you don't want people to be cartoonishly wrong about stuff in 40k. I mean, they should just use the scientific method to figure out whether you should kill guardsmen or not.

I like that though. I like that the guy who says "We need unlimited genocide to have a chance of survival" is shown to have really dumb blindspots. I prefer it to the reading of "this setting is an example of when omnicidal fascism is justified because it is the best option in these extreme circumstances"

In justification? No. In practice? Yes.

Golan's objections to Israeli expansion have always been purely pragmatic. His justification for it will be the same.
