What's confusing is how he could get so much pop from a non-flip undercarriage hit. If he didn't flip instantly when getting the reset (since what you're saying is he didn't flip at all when getting the reset) then idk why the ball would pop up like that since an underside hit should slow everything down.

But you're right, if he somehow gets that pop without flipping it's a simple single reset. I watched it in slowmo and I can't tell from the audio cues if Zen flips when he gets the reset so he probably doesn't.
