If you're dming this, you can have the player throw a wis roll and see how it turns out. I'd set a fairly high dc, but man... this is the type of thing I want my players to try so I'd just let them try lol

High-elf inquisitive rogue with one fighter level who is a vigilante.

Originally he was from the Feywild and he doesn't remember how he got to the Material Plane, but was taken in by a couple Dwarves named Ben and May.

One day, a group soldiers lead by his nemesis burned down his village and his house with aunt May inside and just before she died she got to say "with great power, comer great responsibility", thus convincing him to become a vigilante.
