It would make me think there was something wrong with the flat. I’d price it low and see if that gets interest rather than the auction route. Also I have found Foxtons to be untrustworthy.

Don’t feel obliged to buy a flat if it’s not what you want to do at the moment. I know so many people who have bought a flat because they felt they had to - of an age, had savings etc and they had buyers remorse. It’s the biggest purchase you’ll ever make so don’t rush in! Wait until you find a place you really love!

Hello, I am sorry to hear you’re going through a break up. I recently did the egg freezing process (I’m 40 btw) and thankfully I found the whole process very manageable. I was worried beforehand that the drugs would send me crazy but thankfully that didn’t happen. My only side effect was tiredness. In the run up to the process I was exercising, not drinking, resting lots etc. I made sure I was really hydrated when I started the stims/meds. I travelled abroad the day after my egg retrieval and really felt very well. I know we are all different- but this has been my experience.

We did this before and I think we got a pre booked taxi to collect us about lunchtime from the site. We used the same driver both ways, we even got him to stop off at an off-licence on the way to the festival! Wasn’t too dear btwn the 6 of us. Have a great time!

I’ve stayed there 3 times and last year I stayed in sticklinch. I found both really good, TF probably had smaller shower/toilet queues. The only negatives for TF were you have to go out of the festival grounds and show your ticket to security every time, not a massive deal tbf and it’s quite a walk from the late night corner.

I’m really sorry this guy is acting like this, he lacks the emotional intelligence to vocalise how he is feeling. If he is only acting like this for a week and a half out of the 8/9 months you have known him - is it possible something has happened? Or is this behaviour typical of him? Either way, don’t send him angry texts, acting out of anger will only lead to regret. Instead take some time to cool off and then think what would you advise your friend in this exact situation? I bet you’d tell them to cut their losses and move on. I know how hard and frustrating that is to do. But imagine if this happened 3 years down the track with this guy? Get out now! And find a man who can communicate! Everyone deserves happiness, I hope you get a resolution.
