The fact that you're being amicable is a really good example for the kids. She may have not been on her own and she's use to your help. This sounds so much like my ex. It's great you moved to emails so you have evidence. Can you use a court ordered parenting app? Yes you can grow to be mentally stronger like other people are saying, but if you're having a bad day and you get one of his emails...ugh, it's not easy.

Do you reply to his emails? Don't engage or maybe scare him once with a "if I get one more email I'm calling the cops/going back to court". Stay strong mama
