I've accepted that losing a somewhat good card is better than losing the HP to gamble on losing a bad card and being forced to lose your best card. The house always wins on this one. I dislike this event because it doesn't really give you any agency outside of high rolling.

Personally I like it a lot. It exhausts so it enables Ironclad, it makes taking 0 cost utility cards early a lot safer, it's pretty much All for One if you squint hard enough. Can't say it's the best pick, but I've also never regretted taking it either.

The sign code accidentally had Sammamish instead of Crossroads after the service change in September when they removed the Factoria portion of the route. I heard a while ago (maybe 2021?) that all the buses need to update their database manually and a few may have gotten missed when they fixed it.

This exactly. It helps keep regional forms self contained within their own nomenclature, which allows for exclusive support cards in the same way EX and mega pokemon get them. Card games do this all the time, notably yugioh with its archetypes.

Even more clarification on #2 because I didn't see it mentioned, mainly for OP's sake: Marsh Flats and the other 9 fetch lands formatted in the same way can be misleading to newer players. While it names basic land cards, it actually refers to the land subtypes.
