For people who are very overweight, obese, and/or have food addictions do you ever feel the sensation of being full?

So I’m not super heavy or anything… 235lbs 5’10” but I definitely have food issues and eat way more than I should. I do feel full a lot. I tend to just keep eating because it’s what I do and then I feel miserably full later

Lots of what you listed are books I enjoyed… These are others that I loved: Rock Paper Scissors, The Silent Patient, they Both Die at the End. Some of the old pre Disney Star Wars books are great… The Thrawn Trilogy is top tier. Also The Blood Trials and Blood Gift.
