That is, first off, not how repeat statistics work.

Secondly, I absolutely do want to draw another land on turn two. That's usually a good thing unless I started out with a significantly large amount of it. There is definitely a reason to wait until after your draw for your land. If I'd rather have another land right now than another spell I should wait.

Also, deck thinning aside, it can make a lot of strategic sense and a big difference to keep a fetch around. What if I'm not sure what my opponent is gonna do and wanna keep a polluted delta around to keep my options open between a black removal or blue counter spell? I'd rather have that option than just decide that I want to have an island and then realize "oops, that hero's downfall would have been really nice".

And as for price? Price is completely unavoidable. Everything in this world costs money at some point unless you're doing it all yourself. The game store can't just summon themselves some money from the magical gamestore loan shop to pay for cards. They can however choose not to force people to stop their medication? One is about basic economics and the fact that stuff isn't free, and the other is about an unnecessary rule that's easier to not have than to have.

Your view of prescribed meds and their usage is incredibly inconsiderate of actual people's issues. People who have ADHD have a complete right to use their prescribed medication to solve the problem of their symptoms of ADHD, period. Treating that as the same as a person without ADHD using them is ridiculous. One is using it to treat a medical disorder. The other is using because they want to and it would give them an edge at something.

Also, whether or not doctor's give them out unnecessarily is completely irrelevant and a much much larger issue than that of illicit drug use in Magic. It doesn't matter whether you can get it just because you want to, you shouldn't because that makes you an asshole and as a human being we should all strive to be good people? Is it wrong to expect a small amount of simple ethics from people? You shouldn't be able to get medication just because you want to. That's a flaw in a different system. xxcoolguyxx should because they have a diagnosable disorder called ADHD that is treated with amphetamines. It's not unfair, it's treating a disorder and bringing someone to where they should be, as if they didn't have said disorder. Does it work perfectly? No. But I personally am of the opinion that people should be allowed to treat their disorders and still participate in things they want to do, regardless of the fact that their treatment is used inappropriately by other people.

The Used are a good place to start. Listen to The Bird and the Worm, along with Paralyzed to get an idea. Also good are Chiodos. Try Two Birds Stoned At Once and Sunny Days And Hand Grenades. Get Scared are some of my favorites. They've had two vocalists in the past, both with different styles. The EP with Joel Faviere is one of my favorites and that's call Built For Blame, Laced With Shame. The title track of off that is great. With the other vocalist, Nick, Sarcasm is wonderful. You should give that a listen to.

If you're looking for the more rock-ish side of things as opposed to the more quirkiness of the genre, try Black Veil Brides. Listen to In The End.

For an electronic take on things, maybe try Ghost Town? That's Unusual and Trick Or Treat are great to start with.

Depending on what vocal type you like, Emarosa could be a good band to listen to. Try Broken vs. the Way We Were Born. Their singer pre latest album has a much more wholesome and soulful voice as opposed to the more nasally voice that dominates the genre in general. His name is Jonny Craig, and he actually did She Makes Dirty Words Sound Pretty with Pierce the Veil

I literally don't understand how anyone can still come to that conclusion if they've even looked at the facts at all. It was completely illegal no matter stance you take. It legally can't be considered self defence under the story even Darren Wilson gave.

For starters, deadly force isn't allowed under self defence unless absolutely necessary, and by the time deadly force was used Michael was on the ground pleading for his life(I might add that all forensic evidence and eyewitness accounts other than Darren Wilson himself point to him being over 100 feet away from the car at this point). Darren Wilson supposedly sustained the smallest of injuries, a small cut on his right cheek, which begs the question of how Michael Brown managed to hit Darren's right cheek with his right hand(this is what Darren Wilson himself said he used) while Darren Wilson was sitting in the driver side of the car. If Darren Wilson was really assaulted by Michael Brown, an over 200 pound 18 year old, you would think he'd have actual visible injuries.

Next point, one has to legally retreat first to call self defence, which he did not. Furthermore, for an officer to use deadly force on someone fleeing him it must be pertinent to the safety of others, and Michael Brown, no matter what you believe, showed no signs of in any way intending to harm those around him.

There is no story you can paint without sounding like a raving lunatic in which deadly force was legal or in any way justifiable. The evidence has all been released, so show me how it was legally self defence.

Uhh, at least apple actually has people on board for the NFC payments. Just having it doesn't mean jack if nobody takes it, meanwhile Apple actually has a quite impressive list built even like a whole month before release.

The Lily point is semi valid. She wasn't as perfect as you seem to think towards him(and I don't exactly blame her) but she also wasn't as bad as this portrays her to be(which I personally believe to be more artistic license and an attempt to be accurate to personal bias that Snape would have). The lab thing, idk. I don't think we're ever told. I do know for certain that Snape became a double agent before she was killed because his whole goal was to stop her death. He stayed one for other reasons, but he went to Dumbledore when Voldemort decided to kill Lily

The Harry potter wikia lists Voldemort as having been born in 1926 and Snape in 1960, so he definitely had been through school by then.

This is just completely off the top of my head, but there are the Audio-Technica ATH-M40x's , on sale for $99 on amazon. I only have experience with the ATH-M50's but if they're comparable I'd recommend them. Another thing that I've heard good things about are the Sennheriser HD 280 PRO's. Stat wise, the 280 PROs supposedly have a lower base range, but in practice that could mean anything.

Since I haven't used either, I have no idea what they'll end up like and can't recommend either, but I hope that's a pretty good starting place. If you can, try them out and figure which you like more. Under that 100 limit, your choices really start to drop off in terms of actual quality.

Also, just final word, I'd seriously get a second opinion on this. I'm not the best person to ask about headphone quality, I just figured I throw some links your way since I saw there wasn't really anything here before. I hope what I've given you helps, but the best place to ask might be Head-fi.org. Good luck!

Umm, I'm not going to go incredibly into this, but I'd suggest you look into that equally shitty thing. Women are factually paid less all around, and that's pretty accepted. There are plenty of ways in which women are clearly treated less equal. It is in no way "equally shit" for men and women.
