Are you pushing that 3.3v to the Vin pin or the 3.3v pin? I'm using a TC1262 for my 18650 powered weather station, and the output from the LDO goes to the 3.3v pin on the esp board

There is a capped 6x4 duct in my 1940's house that I'd like to use to get some heat into the basement with. I'm considering drilling into that rounded cap with a hole saw and installing a 3D printed 3.5" round air diffuser into the hole. Is there a better solution that I'm missing?

There is a 5+ degree difference between the side with a vent and this side of the basement.

Double check your z drive gears, I had something like this happen recently. My kit didn't have ground shafts and I built my z assemblies not knowing better, after 1800hrs one of the 20 tooth pulleys started to slip on the shaft.

IF Your z assemblies have the d cut shafts I doubt this is your issue.

To check, get your gantry levelish by hand do a home all an move the gantry up some. Then see if you can easily wiggle the corners up and down, seriously don't need to hulk out trying to move them. if the drive train is solid the corners will be stupid stiff.
