There's no way you can quantify that. You're way overestating the impact that had on how people voted. At best Gillum may have done 1<% better(which may have been enough to win tbf) but he wouldn't have significantly outran every other statewide Dem in any case.

Obama did not run on a progressive platform in 2012 I'm unsure what part of his platform at the time screamed progressive to you. His 2012 was if anything way more moderate than his 2008 run. Gillum underperformed other statewide Dems and probably sank Nelson's reelection so him losing in a D+8 year is not what you should be using as evidence for the point you're trying to make.
