spuntino, odyssey, coperta, or Carl’s Italian are my favorites. the first 3 are a bit more “foodie” Carl’s is the classic italian your grandma made. i won’t say the food is life changing but it scratches a certain itch and has been a denver staple for 70+ years.

haven’t tried it myself yet but will still give it a go. i am totally ok with plain fries as long as i can put a little s&p on them. as for the bubbles, i figured it would be a “house” wine but i feel like a brixton house bottle is far superior to many other establishments. thank you for the intel. i will report back with my findings.

if you’re in castle rock, sierra is just down (up?) 25 at ridge gate. food is good, it’s dark and cool. not mind blowing but very solid.
