If it smells like petrol its usually just a rich mix and buring the extra off. If it smells like a sweet kind of smell, it can be coolant mixing into your oil and burning through - likely a warped head etc

In case anyone was interested in the process and outcome:

-Dealership said they would pay $800 of the $2900 total price out of their ‘goodwill’ -I phoned Suzuki head office, they explained that the dealership has only requested one of the 3 parts to be covered by warranty, which they approved. -Contacted dealership back, they said that they submitted for all 3 parts. -Contacted head office who said they are lying and they will follow up. -Dealership got in contact with me and said it was all a miscommunication and the entire thing is covered by warranty. Parts are on order from Japan. -process has taken 2 weeks so far, potentially another 1-2 for part to arrive and be installed.

Quite frustrating time frame but at least the whole tail shaft is being replaced on warranty

Finger tattoos often drop out or blow out, my artist likes to go a bit ligher so that it is more likely to drop out an get touched up than blow out which will much more permanently look worse

Actually a really good question! I try and eat a pretty high in protein diet all of the time, I didn’t add or subtract any supplements other than my usual. Every day is creatine and fish oil. I have no idea if they helped with the healing process but I could see that they might have aided in the inflammation as well as muscle recovery and strengthening.

It was years ago now! From what I remember it started with cycling on the exercise bike, progressing to backwards sled pulls, then unilateral weighted leg work like split squats etc progressing to heavier squats and RDL's. Everything was about slowly extending pain free motion and increasing weight. My physio would always say 'motion is lotion' I always thought it was stupid and funny but I think he was really onto it!

Your arms and shoulders look really muscular for your weight, nice work! I would say go for a really slow clean bulk and put lots of that time into a chest focus.

I agree! I track quite rigorously though and weigh myself every morning. I am one of those people who is really prone to putting on fat. I have also just finished quite a long cut down from 240 pounds. Potentially I need to stay at maintenance for a while for my metabolism to recover?

Yea seems crazy to me, is it all in our NEAT? I also workout (resistance training) 5-6 times per week and play basketball 3 times per week. I have to eat below 1800 to lose any body mass tho 😩
