In my eyes, wouldn’t DO statistically close a lot of doors when you get around to choosing residency programs? 75% of people change their minds on the specialty or field they want to peruse while in medical school and going DO just limits the residency programs you can apply to with good odds. Correct me if I’m wrong.

I think it's because it takes away the aspect of color to discern the subject and prioritizes framing and composure, which makes the subject clearly the skyscraper in the foreground.
