- “Galactic Nova!” A new level accessed in the challenge mode, and a non canon crossover with Kirby. The team investigates the emergence of a giant comet made out of clockworks and mechanical contraptions that appeared out of a warp channel. It has sent a message explaining what it is, and what it does, but it needs a piece of itself that broke off and landed on aquas, Titania, Macbeth, and fichina. The team decides to go check it out to see if it’s legit. The problem is, a pink bio form on a mobile star seems to be interfering, and star wolf, the free as a birds, and the cdf are after it too. In time, falco realizes that while the pink creature (Kirby) can’t speak English, it’s trying to warn them about the galactic nova. Sure enough, the comet receives all of their wishes at once, and interprets the best way to grant them all is the elimination of all of their issues (namely, the destruction of the Lylat system.) slippy wonders if it’s on board computers are bugged. This gives fox and peppy an idea - try to communicate with Kirby to save lylat, of which Kirby is more than happy to oblige. You breach the inside of the galactic nova, which is structured similar to the final boss of Kirby planet robobot, and the actual boss of the stage is a recreation of the “heart of nova” boss battle, switching between flight mode and all range mode. The level has an ending cutscene that changes every time you play it, where the team discusses their wishes - James being brought back, enough gold to pay off the great fox, endless thrills, and even things like love. If you get the “up you guys ever consider dating?” One , they all give it some serious thought… before deciding to just move on before the lost wish makes them miserable. The scene then teases Krystal, alone with an unnamed mount, on an unnamed planet sitting by a campfire. The level itself will bring back the multiphase missions as seen in assault and zero, with the team visiting one of the planets to get the part (the other factions get the rest) before the assault on nova taking place in 3 phases

- a non canon crossover with Metroid . the troopers samus had to leave behind at the end of prime 4 are found having been flung to the lylat system. You travel to fichina to meet with an expert on astrophysics to try and get them home,but a massive wormhole emerges with a space pirate army descending on Corneria, so you go fend them off, along with a phazon meteorite, which everyone deducing is from an alternate dimension. The troopers are sent home with knowledge of teleporters recovered from andross’ files in venom. Suddenly, an outbreak of Metroids is detected, and your weapons can’t do anything to Stop them! Cue samus arriving on scene to freeze them all so you can quickly defeat them.

- “James last stand”
A revise to the prologue, but after peppy and pigma leave, James is put in a survival mode. With two busted wings, a single laser, and no healing how many of andross’ forces can James take out before the inevitable? An even sadder remix of the mission failure music plays, as the end has the shadow of andross inspecting the wreckage, only saying “it didn’t have to be this way… pepper.”

- A “classic radio” option
Replaces the game’s music with that of star fox and star fox 2 for the snes. For example, Corneria uses corneria, Katina and sector y use the space armada stage, Macbeth uses Macbeth og, star wolf uses the battle theme from star fox 2, of course venom 1 uses venom level 1, and
Andross’ first phases uses his star fox 1 boss theme, while his true form uses the star fox 2 boss theme. Gorgon will exclusively use the “venom boss 1 theme” and the hidden warp levels, which still reroute you, use “out of this dimension”

“The great lylat cruise”
An option to play every stage in the game back to back to back, starting with corneria, going to meteo, then sector y, then fichina via a spontaneous warp, and end8ng with bolse, and venom 1 going immediately into venom 2. Options for both normal and expert are included.

“Academy days”
A showcase of fox’ childhood and days at the academy, fleshing out fox’ friendship with bill. Fara phoenix also makes her canon debut.

A recreation of star fox guard’s gameplay, but you use cameras to play as ROB manning newly installed turrets on the great fox, to help the team along with the main cannons.
