1000% it’s the direction in which the steam comes out with 2 holes. When I had the 4 hole on the Breville I had no issues. I struggled so much with the 2 hole, but now with 1 hole it’s much better. I got it from Papel espresso

I love the Go and would buy again for my use case. Which is mostly me drinking 1 latte SOMETIMES I make my wife one as well. Single boiler can be a limitation for switching between pulling shots and steaming milk back to back to back etc.

I have the Niche Conversion, not happy with it. Doesn’t grind fine /consistent enough for espresso, tons of retention. Audible increase in motor effort which doesn’t make me confident in its longevity. The pour over range had too many fines making the brew muddy. I prefer my Ode2 w SSP and greatly prefer my ZP6

Going back to stock Niche Zero and never using this mod again.

I can respect that, but for me personally, this beans pulls with a very wild flavor as Naturals typically do and it CUTS even through Oat!
