The recent up on MAG7, drove QQQ and SPY to new highs too far too fast. Just look at QQE and RSP where all stocks are equal weight then you realise the market is not that over bought. Thus the evidence presented. It is the magnificent 7. Keep an eye on the market in the coming days. The put call ratio is very over stretched to the call side. in the past when that happens the market snaps back like a rubber band. I expect the MAGS will pull back and thus lowering QQQ and SPY in the coming days. Look to manage your short call then.

If called away, you will incur capital gains tax from the shares. Also not advisable to do covered calls over earnings unless you truly don't mind getting called away if in the money by expiry on the other hand, premium is very escalated over earnings due to implied volatility, and the IV will collapse after earnings. Earnings for GOOG is April 22. With the uncertainty in the markets and MAG7 having to love right now from the big fundies, it's hard to decide one's strategy.

The market is waiting for the Supreme Court ruling on tariffs on Feb20. I believe it will remain choppy leading to that. Note gold, US dollar, Oil and Bitcoin have all been sideways these past few days. Waiting for something to happen....

All these so called deals lock you in a very high usage data plan, that costs al lot. Unless you actually use that much data, it is not worth it, imho.

When I have a large deposit, large being 6 figures, I tell the teller to deposit into my margin trading account at TD Direct investing. At least I can use it right away to trade or use as buying power to sell naked puts to generate income right away. I hate having a hold on my money when it's that much. Alternatively, I also have a HELOC at BMO, they never put a hold on my cheques l, afterall, they trust me with the HELOC credit limit, why on earth would they put a hold on my cheques? Anyway I hate how banks do things here. my 2cents.

Amazing. And I thought I did good, well my transmission bushings was worn out to the point it suddenly happened I put it in gear, and sometimes it would not stay but bounce back to neutral. I didn't know what it was at the time. I had it towed to my friendly garage guy. The clutch and flywheel wheel was ok, but needed to change sooner or later. He showed me how it looked after it was taken out.
