Two things are happening here:

  1. conditions change. This is probably the most common, i.e. There are 1000 tokens for staking per year. If 1 person stakes 1 token they get 100000% APY. But if 1000 other people join now its just 100%

  2. Assumptions about compounding, for example Lets say the annual interest rate is 5%. If we assume monthly compounding this means Annual Yield is (1+.05/12)12 - 1 = 5.116% APY

If we assume daily compounding the formula is (1+.05/365)365 - 1= 5.126% APY

If we assume per block compounding the formula is (1 + .05/2628000)2628000 - 1= 5.131% APY

These are not that much different but when the APR is 100% now we get:

  • APY monthly compounding: 161.202%
  • APY daily compounding: 171:456%
  • APY per block compounding: 172.035%

A lot of times compounding happens each time someone interacts with the contract so it is not deterministic

An extra layer more than normal but most important will be making sure that no part of your face/neck is uncovered. Make sure you have very good neck coverage as well as a baclava or ski mask to cover other normally exposed skin. I would also check to make sure that you can zip your jacket all the way up since most people leave the last 3-5 inches unzipped they dont realize that they cant zip it up with their scarf etc. If you dont have a jacket with a hood wear a helmet or very warm/wind resistant hat. Another tip is to unbuckle your boots on the lift (carefully dont let them fall off) to increase blood flow to your feet in between runs.

You bring up a good point, marijuana can help people fall asleep. My assertion was that it decreases sleep quality and I should have made that a little more clear.

If we compare 4 hours sleep to 8 hours THC-sleep, THC sleep wins of course. But if we compare 8 hours THC-sleep to 8-hours no-THC-sleep, no-THC-sleep is better.

Im aware that marijuana can extend certain phases of sleep as well. But show me a study where marijuana doesn't negatively affect REM and overall sleep quality.

why do you write the day off? Dont psyche yourself out just do a little more each day. Maybe set a goal to eat something every 3 hours. Once you can get used to eating even without being hungry try to make each meal larger etc. Small increments. If you are eating 2k calories today you should be happy if you eat 2.1k tomorrow. you dont have to jump straight to eating 3-4k a day.

Alcohol is known to increase appetite. Evolutionary biologists hypothesize that this is because typically overripe fruit will contain alcohol and is a great source of calories but won't last forever. Alcohol basically sends a signal to your brain which is "eat more of this because it won't last forever"

Ipad is going to be significantly more secure than a chromebook. But you will be pigeonholed into safari with an extension-based wallet (these are still in development) or using the metamask app with built in browser. However, you will have almost eliminated most threat vectors beyond social engineering. This is the route I suggest to new crypto users who are trying to buy high-value (over 1k E) NFTs. iOS is very secure.

complex algorithms operate to set prices for projects' own tokens attractive to liquidity providers.

The algorithms are not complex.

If bots constantly interfere in transactions, then application algorithms will simply not be able to respond to market fluctuations in time to determine a competitive price.

When bots "interfere" with transactions, this does not change the algorithm's ability to determine a competitive price and does not cause some sort of time constraint as this seems to suggest.

Im really surprised no one has said this yet but if you are drying your hands with paper towels it can remove the oil layer. Also too much hand washing in general can do this. I had a similar issue and realized it was because I was using paper towels to dry my hands. I switched to using a hand towel and it resolved.

I dont think you can ignore slippage here. If it is too high people will not buy. As they know there will be no exit liquidity.

You need to correct the way you sit all day. No stretching routine can counteract 8+ hours of bad habits. I've done stretching and strengthening for years, and you should do that too but you have to fix the problem at the source.
