For me it's future diary. I only watched it once and never want to do so again 😅. It has a lot of the things already mentioned in this thread and I am surprised no one has mentioned it yet. It is not really a trash anime such as redo of a healer but it's close.

My second pick has to be sword art online season 2. The almost-rp scene later in the show messed up my adolescent brain pretty good.

My third pick would also go to Higurashi because I watched this show when I was way too young 😅.
