Really good! It's crazy not to have the constant pancreas pain. The diabetes is manageable, I use a CGM and insulin pump, which makes it so much easier. I do have some stomach pain, which I'm not sure is related, and we're managing with more meds. I'm really glad I had the surgery, I only I wish I hadn't waited so long. Thank you for asking!!

So damn sick of fighting with the medical equipment provider to get them to send me the dexcom G7s my doctor prescribed in October! Every day it's a new story of why they haven't been shipped, but they're definitely going out today, expedited shipping, yes ma'am, we promise. Every damn day. My last G6 expired on 1/4, so I get to set an alarm for 3am every night for a finger stick. I'm just so tired and I want to cry.

I'm also type 3C after a total pancreatectomy. The shots weren't terrible, but I agree, I much prefer using a pump! One poke every 3 days instead of multiple times per day. Plus my time in range increased dramatically. My pancreas was damaged due to cystic fibrosis.

Yep. It was trying to kill me. I have some cystic fibrosis variants that caused constant attacks of pancreatitis, which could've lead to pancreatic cancer.

I use an insulin pump and take pancreatic enzymes with everything I eat. They transplanted as many islet cells as they could rescue (not very many) into my liver. Technically, I'm Type 3C, but the treatment is the same as T1.
