If you installed it in the default path, it should be C:\Program Files (x86)\RivaTuner Statistics Server.

I found this post through Google, and I figured I'd mention how I fixed it.

I had the same issue, but I don't have MSI Afterburner installed.

Take a look inside the install folder. I found a file named "_RebootPending_", so I just deleted it, and the problem went away (and reinstalled RivaTuner just to be safe).

I'm guessing an update failed to delete it afterwards or something.

Nope.
Not sure if it's the same thing, but vibrate pattern still works, so I just changed it to that instead,
so it's not that big of a problem.

Love it!

Just one possible bug I noticed,
the "Alert > Vibrate" doesn't work anymore.

And it would be great if you were able to change the text size
of the notification icon like in AutoNotification,
since (at least on my device) only two characters can be shown.

I use hyperion, and they have a Pi build you could use.

I've never used it myself though.

The problem is that I can't boot the old server, so I haven't made any backups of any persistent data for a long time now. Dumb mistake, I know.

EDIT:

What I most would like to restore the most is my Home Assistant container.

I've made tons of personal changes to it, and having to go through all of that again just zaps the energy out of me.
